We started Tri-State Safety Solutions, LLC (Veteran Owned Business) with the idea of bringing a “Real Life” approach to safety / compliance. Our classes are interactive, hands-on, and are real life applicable, NOT just regulatory handouts and manual reading. We work with all levels of an organization to bring compliance with a fair price and accommodate the client to minimize disruption to your business. We realize not everyone works 9am-5pm so with that “Real Life” approach our services are available when your employees are. Various shifts present unique hazards and we want to see what your employees see to make the training practical and applicable to them.
Our staff brings 25 plus years of experience in CPR | DOT | EPA | OSHA | regulatory compliance experience, training, and consulting in private (construction, manufacturing, and transportation / towing) and governmental workplaces.
Every Tri-State Safety Solutions trainer and consultant brings “Real Life” experiences, along with the required training credentials, to you on a customized basis.

For over 10 years, Tri-State Safety Solutions, LLC has been a full-service provider of health, safety and environmental compliance training and consulting as mandated by FMCSA / DOT, EPA, OSHA / PEOSH, city and state agencies. We work together to prioritize issues and provide professional services including site-specific written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); job hazard analysis; and custom health and safety written programs.
Our on-site (DOT & Non-DOT) employee Drug & Alcohol testing offers the advantage of immediate unannounced, random employment drug testing and little employee absence or wait time for the collection and employee drug screening process.

Our training courses are continually updated to reflect current policies and procedures and exceed state and federal requirements, directly reducing and preventing FMCSA / DOT and OSHA / PEOSH violations and costly citations. State-of-the-art presentations and site-specific hands-on training ensure each student receives the best possible instruction.
Tri-State Safety Solutions instructors are trained in a variety of FMCSA / DOT and OSHA / PEOSH related principles. They have combined experience in multi-levels of FMCSA / DOT safety and management expertise.
